CDI Corp is seeking an energetic, enthusiastic, self-motivated professional for this highly visible Office Administrator position.
The candidate must have the diplomacy to handle sensitive or confidential situations.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks are required.
We require the following skills:
High Level of Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Proven experience prioritizing work and managing multiple tasks
Demonstrated experience with business writing
Ability to handle requests and inquiries with little direction
Strong focus on detail and accuracy of work
Ability to exercise good judgment when making decisions
Positive attitude that embraces change
U.S. citizenship or permanent residency is a necessity.
Duties will include the following:
Data Entry
Citizenship confirmations
Respond efficiently and courteously to all correspondence by phone, fax or e-mail, taking and forwarding messages to appropriate parties and providing relevant information as directed.
Compose, edit and proofread correspondence with minimal guidance.
Generating presentations and reports including creating graphs and spreadsheets.
Take responsibility for routine administrative projects from beginning to end.
Processes incoming and outgoing office mail as directed.
Interact professionally, and in an articulate and poised fashion with internal and external customers and senior management.
Answering and screening incoming calls in a professional manner while providing assistance and obtaining accurate information.
Coordinate travel arrangements and meetings.
